      it's packing the sunshine away inside its prickly li'l skin :)

      i've got it all worked out - when it's ripe, i'm gonna bake it in a salt crust, serve it warm after lunch, with a little spiced orange reduction and some fresh mascarpone...

      Sounds pretty damn good - we could use some more right now - sorry to complain about the weather, I feel kinda cheated of a summer this year (here in Vic at least)
